The "Residenza Gaivota" (seagull in Portuguese) is composed of three-room apartments (4-6 beds) and an attic with a penthouse (6-9 bed places) for weekly and monthly summer rentals. It is located 100 meters from the sea/beaches in a quiet area within a pedestrian area of the town center, at the corner of Dante Street and Pascoli Street in Misano Adriatico.

All apartments are newly built and modernly furnished with 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bathroom, 2 Led TV, washing machine, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi, electric shutter actuator, lift and parking inside the garden. The bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment are provided. On request cradle and high chairs are provided.
The ground floor apartment has a large private garden, the one on the first floor has a large balcony, and the penthouse has two bathrooms, large balcony and terrace with sun beds for private use.

Mid-week will be provided change of towels for bathroom and kitchen.
For longer stays (more than a week) change of linen and cleaning of apartment starting from the 7th day.

The reservation must be confirmed by the payment of a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount estimated and the final payment must be done at the return of the keys (check-out).
It is mandatory to deposit a caution money of € 200,00, which will be returned upon departure after the apartment has been checked.
The apartments will be available in the early afternoon of the day of arrival and must be checked out at 10:00 am on the day of departure.
