The chef “Mamma” cooks with passion, imagination and creativity, and specializes in seafood dishes and typical local delicacies. She satisfies and surprises her customers with simple and genuine dishes: homemade pasta and cakes, freshly cooked food, fresh fish of the day...
The delicious dishes are carefully prepared and cooked using only high quality fresh products to satisfy all taste palates.
Every meal begins with a rich and inviting buffet of fresh salads, grilled vegetables, meat appetizers, crostinis ... and gently ends with dessert, sorbet/ice cream or seasonal fruit.
It will be a pleasure to wake up to the scent of homemade cakes and freshly baked croissants for breakfast. You will also find a large variety of flavours on the buffet: from sweet to savoury treats, from real cappuccino to yoghurt.

The kitchen offers personalized menus to meet the needs of its customers such as food intolerances and special menus for children. We also have high chairs and placemats for our younger guests.
The Hotel will surprise you with delicious aperitifs in the garden, watermelon by moonlight, and themed dinners with Romagnolo menu.
